Cousin Bonanza

Alright, so Jet has requested an Olympics theme this year for Cousin Bonanza, so I told him that was a cool idea. Is everyone else cool with that? Anyone have any ideas for decorations or games? I was thinking obstacle courses and sports type stuff, fake medals maybe? like maybe we can have it at a field somewhere? Sort of like picnic-style...? tell me what you think!

oh also, it will prob be on July 2 or 3rd, that way tolos are here and the jet bday bash and july 4th deal are all on same weekend and stuff.

If you guys can think of anything less competitive that would be good too, we can do races and stuff but I dont want all the games to involve winners & losers. Like any prize-oriented types of games would be good.

ok yeah i understand. where have you applied? if you haven't already, you should try pizza hut/papa johns/papa murphys (any pizza place really) i know they always need help in summer. did u know the olsons (everett) are gonna be in cali for all of july?? they are gonna miss the tolos visit completely and cousin bonanza!

i went to give my resume to papa murphy's and she was like well i've already hired a bunch of new people so maybe a few months from now when people are leaving for college...i was like well that's going to be me to....lol

and no i didn't know that! that would be a fun 4th tho, i've never spent it in a different state. we went to gas works parks one time tho, that was really cool :)

didn't you spend it in colorado with me once? I feel like I remember walking through the parade with you....

thats lame! I guess you just have to keep trying, I didn't find my first job until April of senior year and it was like right when I was ready to just give up. There's always babysitting!

yeah if i don't find one im going to babysit this little girl like all of july. it's basically the same thing i did with the same kid a two years ago for all of august haha

Olympic sounds cool. Haha gotta love egg tosses! Wow I didn't know they are missing the whole visit! :/ that's a bummer! But I'm sure Cali will be a blast. And that was me Rach! I totally rememer walking in the parade. And getting lost on our way home from block buster! And we wnt to Lilo and Stitch! And an open house for like a mansion and there was a paper tv that grandpa was joking around preteneding to steal! Good luck with the job hunting Katie!! :) I'm sure you'll find something. That'd so crazy to think you'll be in college next year! 15 more days left of school! =] how many for you??

ah righty right right, i remember now. lol i do remember grandpa doing that, he is so funny. oh god getting lost, that was such a humid nightmare. katie was our trip the one where we got our nails done? its weird b/c i thought i went down there for july 4th every summer until they moved to norway so im trying to remember when you and I went Katie....was it july but not july 4th?

i think we did...i remember getting lost too tho. like susie said okay everyone go for a walk and i'll meet up with you guys in a few! then never came lol so we were walking around in a neighborhood where all the houses look the same and we had annie jet and her friend lol it wasn't too fun at that moment

yeah that's the lost memory i have too katie...so i guess im not sure which time your talking about jane lol. I remember I lost a couple pounds everytime i went down b/c of the heat and all the walking/swimming/hiking etc.
