Movie Reviews
My friend and I brought Kleenex to this movie thinking we were going to cry, but it turned out to be not very much like the book at all. There was no emotional involvement, really sappy dialogue and they toned down all the scariest scenes so that they weren't as exciting or terrifying as the book. There was a really cool scene in the beginning where the fighters are flying in a B-24 plane and it is awesome to see the inside of it and what it must have been like!
A lot of two star movies lately! This movie is older (2011) and about a family (Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz) who move into their "dream house" (which is really their old house that they died in). The movie is super confusing and ultimately doesn't make any sense at all but still interesting to watch and really good acting.
This movie was so terrible and slow moving that I turned it off a little after half way through. 1 star.
