 Lady Gaga wasn't quite as disgusting as Miley but she did change from one ugly outfit to the next and finalized like a half naked mermaid which has zero to do with the song!! Here's a link to crazy pants magoo if you want to see her video too:

Miley, FOR SURE. Her actions seem more towards a Britney Spears breakdown, whereas Lady Gaga has always been crazy.

Miley does win the crazy battle hands down, Gaga just really weirds me out!

Miley's whole act was just so dumb and immature. She looked like a drunk 12 year old boy
