Did Rachel get swindled?

I joined an La fitness gym last night and I was all excited b/c I talked the manager into giving me no initiation fee so that all I had to pay were my monthly dues. BUT THEN when I got home I saw that he charged me double what he said he was going to! You usually have to pay first/last month's dues when you sign up, so it's possible that that is what he charged me. What do you guys think about this? I will be visiting the gym after work for clarification...

I would also like to clarify that Ive always hated la fitness, but it's the closest gym to me. :/

I like LA Fitness, I've never been in ours but it's better than the Tahoma one near here because all you see are Tahoma kids! But yeah definitely double check that, that does sound pretty fishy to me haha
